IQVIA Spain is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate 1 to support sponsor-dedicated monitoring in Madrid. You will conduct site visits, initiate studies, monitor progress and close-outs, and help develop recruitment plans.

The role requires a university degree in a scientific field, at least 2 years of on-site monitoring, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will work with sites and clients, travel as needed, and contribute to high quality regulatory compliance.

Formación

• University degree in scientific discipline or health care.
• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH).
• Very good computer skills including MS Office.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English language.
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; willingness to travel; Driver’s license class B.

Responsabilidades

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution
• Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives
