Precision for Medicine seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support a dedicated FSP partnership in Spain. This evergreen posting keeps a pipeline for future opportunities where CRAs monitor sites, ensure ICH-GCP compliance, and liaise with sponsors.

Remote work in Spain is possible, with travel as needed. We value meticulous, proactive professionals who coordinate regulatory activities and mentor junior staff while maintaining high-quality study conduct across European sites.

Formación

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Holder of CRA certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment.
• Extensive experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), oncology, infectious diseases and gastrointestinal studies.
• Proven experience monitoring studies across multiple European countries, ideally including Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Denmark.
• Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to 50-60% travel commitment (international travel may be required).
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring conduct, recording, and reporting per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate all activities to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators, regulatory submissions, pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).
• Train and mentor junior staff, interact with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities and client presentations.

This position can be offered fully home-based within Spain.

How we will keep you busy and support your growth:

You will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure that clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards. You will coordinate all necessary activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators; helping prepare regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).

Senior CRAs handle appropriately sized clinical trials, and support clinical study teams with trials that are larger in scope. You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor junior staff members. You will interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal activities, including development and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Holder of CRA certificate

Other Required:

• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment
• Extensive experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), oncology, infectious diseases and gastrointestinal studies.
• Proven experience monitoring studies across multiple European countries, ideally including Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Denmark.
• Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, which may constitute up to approximately 50-60% travel commitment (international travel may be required for some senior level positions)
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Additional language(s) will be considered an asset

Preferred:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree with a concentration in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• Study start up activities experience
• For Senior CRAs, understanding of financial management
