Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Senior CCM / Smart Communications Developer to join our International Health technology team. You will design, develop and evolve customer communications using CCM platforms while collaborating across countries.

You will bring hands-on CCM experience with Smart Communications/SmartCOMM, Quadient Inspire or OpenText Exstream, plus strong skills in Java, SQL and data integration, and you will contribute to standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with CCM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise CCM technology (Smart Communications/SmartCOMM, Quadient Inspire or OpenText Exstream).
• Strong understanding of CCM concepts, template development and data integration.
• English level B2 or higher; able to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain CCM solutions and templates; create reusable components and data-driven communications.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution design decisions.
• Actively participate in the Smart Communications Community of Practice; share knowledge and improve standards.
• Collaborate with international teams across Health projects; communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and quality activities to improve maintainability.
