Agilent Technologies seeks a Capital Allocation & Investments professional to lead financial analyses for high-complexity projects with a primary focus on M&A. This role reports to the Director and partners with Corporate Development to shape capital deployment strategies across the business.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation, with strong corporate finance knowledge and the ability to communicate insights to senior

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• 4+ years in investment banking, PE, corporate development, or valuation.
• Strong understanding of advanced corporate finance concepts.
• Experience on M&A deal teams or similar.
• Exceptional attention to detail with leadership communication.
• Strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities.
• Self-drive and ownership mentality.
• Life science tools/software experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate capital allocation opportunities across M&A, organic growth, and portfolio optimization.
• Support business case development with leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform M&A due diligence with Corporate Development and external advisors.
• Conduct portfolio analysis for prioritization and long-term planning.
