Agilent Technologies Spain S.L. is seeking a Capital Allocation & Investments professional to lead financial analyses for high-complexity projects, with a primary focus on M&A. The role partners with Corporate Development and advises senior leadership across business groups and finance.

You will develop frameworks to enhance capital allocation discipline, support strategic decisions, and help drive growth in a global life-science tools environment. A dynamic, collaborative team awaits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation/transaction services.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts (valuation, investment returns, EPS accretion/dilution).
• Experience leading workstreams and communicating insights to leadership.

• Evaluate capital allocation opportunities across M&A, organic growth, and portfolio optimization.
• Support business case development with business leadership and stakeholders.

Job DescriptionThe Capital Allocation & Investments team is a new function within Agilent that will play a critical role in shaping capital deployment strategy, driving financial analysis, and decision-making across M&A, organic growth (e.g. new product launches), and portfolio optimization initiatives. The team partners closely with Corporate Development and serves as a key advisor to senior leadership across business groups, finance, and other functional stakeholders.Reporting to the Director, Capital Allocation & Investments, this role is responsible for leading financial analyses in support of high complexity projects, with a primary focus on M&A.
