Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is hiring a Business Analyst – Retail & Point of Sales to join our Retail & Digital Transformation initiatives in Portugal. You will gather and document requirements for Retail/POS solutions and translate them into user stories for technical teams.

In an international environment, you will work with stakeholders across regions, using English and Italian. The role offers a hybrid work model and a strong focus on transformation projects within a global company.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid experience in Retail and POS projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, user stories and process improvement.
• Fluent English and Italian are required, as you will work in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Retail and Point of Sales (POS) solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics and functional specifications for technical teams.
• Identify gaps in existing Retail/POS functionalities and contribute to defining improvement solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout development, testing and implementation phases.
• Prepare functional and configuration guidelines and ensure that requirements are correctly implemented.
• Support testing activities, validate solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Contribute to business transformation and digitalization projects in an international environment.
• Prepare documentation and support training activities for end users and support teams.
