Slashmobility is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive the Property Insights Project roadmap and resolve dependencies. You will collaborate with Risk Engineering and Underwriting teams, aligning business requirements with IT delivery while ensuring client focus.

The role requires a strong BA background, experience in insurance-related projects, and an autonomous, proactive mindset. English fluency is essential and Spanish/German are advantageous for this multinational setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business IT, or equivalent.
• ISEB or CBAP qualification with a background in Commercial Insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Contributing to planning and defining the analysis approach, adapting standards to goals.
• Collaborating with Zurich Resilience Solutions and Underwriting while keeping customer focus.
• Driving activity and ensuring deliverables meet timelines.
• Eliciting and documenting business requirements, reconciling internal and external needs.
• Performing end-to-end analysis to understand system impacts.
• Presenting complex problems clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Creating functional/technical specifications and design artifacts.
• Working with development to ensure the solution meets business needs.
• Supporting testing, implementation, and training for delivery.
