Formación

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Business or IT.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Consultancy, Continuous Improvement or related fields.
• Experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams.
• Experience solving complex problems with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Scope end-to-end business analysis workstreams and mentor junior BAs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and deliver comprehensive requirements.
• Identify needs-solution gaps and propose improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders with project goals.
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans.
