The role is based in Barcelona, offering a collaborative, creative setting. You’ll collaborate with Creative Directors and international clients, translating business needs into clear, engaging design solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design, with FMCG focus.
• Proven track record maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Experience managing or mentoring designers.
• Strong typography, layout, and brand systems knowledge.
• Excellent English communication with international clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and supervise high-quality design work for FMCG brands.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and international clients.
• Translate brand needs into engaging design solutions.
• Explore AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and output.
• Contribute to e-commerce and digital experiences when relevant.
