Dragons Group is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer in Barcelona to contribute to branding projects and day-to-day design work across formats. You will collaborate with a Senior Designer and receive guidance while building your craft in a collaborative creative environment.

The role emphasizes typography, visual identity, and a strong point of view, with opportunities to work across brands and formats and to explore AI-powered design tools.

Formación

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, studio or creative environment.
• A strong and distinctive portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual sensibility and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Genuine interest in branding and visual identity.
• Ability to create expressive, contemporary and culturally relevant design, not only adaptations.
• Proficiency in Figma is required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience with AI image-generation tools is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Create and adapt visual assets across different formats, channels and platforms.
• Support the development of brand identities and visual systems.
• Execute day-to-day design requests while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts under the guidance of a Senior Designer.
• Work with typography, layout, composition and imagery to create engaging designs.
• Contribute to presentations, moodboards and explorations.
• Adapt campaigns and assets with a high level of detail.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers, Creative Directors and team members.
