Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer (SAS + R) to work remotely in Europe. You’ll be embedded with a pharmaceutical client and supported by Cytel, taking ownership of statistical programming for multiple studies across therapeutic areas.

The role emphasizes independent work, high-quality outputs, and regulatory-compliant reporting. You will generate SDTM/ADaM specifications, develop complex SAS programs and graphs, oversee CRO deliverables, and contribute to study reports

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM, ADaM specifications, datasets, reviewer's guide and define.xml files for multiple studies
• Develop SAS programs which generate datasets, complex listings, tables and graphs
• Deliver high-quality statistical programming results using SAS and/or R
• Oversee CROs' statistical programming deliverables to meet timelines
• Support preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, publications, and DSURs
• Understand and follow FDA regulations affecting reporting of clinical trial data
• Contribute to creation, maintenance, and validation of programming standards
• Develop CRFs, edit check specifications, and data validation plans
• Provide review of data transfer specifications for external vendor data
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet project goals
• Provide review and guidance as needed
