Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in chemical or process engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience with experimental design and data analysis to generate actionable conclusions.
• Strong customer orientation with a commercial mindset and ability to assess opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to engage customers and identify testing opportunities.
• Plan and lead technical activities (customer trials, evaluations, onsite troubleshooting) to support sales opportunities.
• Contribute to launch and support of innovative products and solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive structured experimentation, data analysis, and technical documentation to support decisions.
