Zartis is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend focused) to work on a retail project. You will own, develop and maintain backend services, implement API integrations, and contribute to infrastructure automation in a fully remote setup.

The role requires several years of professional software development experience with strong backend expertise in Kotlin and Spring Boot, and experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend expertise: Kotlin, Spring Boot, and MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Proven cloud infrastructure skills: Terraform IaC, designing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability and reliability of production services (Kubernetes, AWS/EKS).
• Open and collaborative mindset with demonstrated flexibility in adapting to evolving requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills (CEFR C1 level) – both technical and interpersonal

Responsabilités

• Own, develop and maintain backend services.
• Implement API integrations, support frontend development tasks, and contribute to infrastructure automation.
• Write clean, tested code and actively participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate closely in agile processes (Jira, Kanban).
• Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and drive proactive problem resolution.
