Olx is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) for a fully remote engineering team. You will design and maintain scalable backend systems, collaborate with a talented group, and influence architectural decisions while embracing a flexible, remote-first culture across Spain, with occasional meetups in Córdoba or nearby regions.

The role requires 5+ years in backend development, expertise in RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud/container tech.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong RESTful API design and cloud familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend software.
• Meet project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Write clean, well-documented code.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and mentorship.
