Parser is seeking a motivated Backend Engineer to join our development team in Madrid. You will apply strong JVM-based skills (Java/Scala/Kotlin) to build scalable services, contribute to design decisions, and drive improvements across production systems.

The ideal candidate has 6–7 years of software development experience in teams, with cloud production exposure, and a solid grasp of APIs, data storage (SQL/NoSQL), and code quality.

Formación

• 6–7 years of experience in software development within a team.
• Production experience in public or hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficiency in a JVM language with familiarity in others.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL, designing scalable API access patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and test standard software applications and related programs to meet design requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to co-develop solutions and resolve problems.
• Lead small, well-defined projects and contribute as a supporting team member on complex initiatives.
• Understand system integration and core features across the technology stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, modular code with clear naming conventions.
• Assist in data design and database structures for data requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and collaboration to formulate robust solutions.
• Ensure alignment of team goals with business objectives.
• Document progress and communicate status clearly.
