Acid Tango is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (AWS) to design, build and evolve scalable cloud environments. You’ll manage multi-account AWS deployments, automate provisioning with IaC, and define standards for security, observability and FinOps.

Collaboration with Architecture, Cybersecurity and DevOps teams is essential. The role emphasizes automation, self-service tooling, and proactive governance, with a focus on reliability, monitoring and cost efficiency across complex AWS

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud/Platform/DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and operating AWS environments.
• Experience with AWS Organizations and AWS Control Tower.
• IaC using AWS CDK and/or CloudFormation.
• IAM and cloud security best practices.
• CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub Actions.
• Python scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and distributed systems.
• Monitoring/observability in cloud environments.
• FinOps, cost governance and resource governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication of complex concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and evolve AWS cloud platforms and infrastructure.
• Manage multi-account AWS environments using Organizations and Control Tower.
• Automate provisioning and governance with IaC.
• Define cloud standards around security, observability, reliability and FinOps.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Build internal self-service tools and platform capabilities for teams.
• Define IAM strategies, roles and access controls across environments.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Networking and software teams.
• Improve platform reliability through monitoring and logging.
• Automate operational processes with Python and cloud tooling.
• Troubleshoot incidents across cloud, networking and security layers.
• Participate in architecture reviews and drive platform evolution.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes across the org.
