Acid Tango in Badajoz, Extremadura, Spain is seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (AWS) to design and evolve secure, scalable cloud environments. You will work across cloud architecture, IaC, governance, security and FinOps to deliver platform capabilities for diverse client projects.

The role offers opportunities to lead cloud initiatives, collaborate with architecture and cybersecurity teams, and build self-service tooling, with a focus on observability and cost governance.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar.
• Hands-on design and operation of AWS environments.
• Experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower and multi-account governance.
• Strong knowledge of IaC using AWS CDK and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience with IAM, security best practices.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions.
• Scripting with Python.
• Understanding of cloud networking and distributed systems.
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability.
• Familiar with FinOps and cloud cost governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and evolve corporate cloud platforms on AWS.
• Manage multi-account AWS environments using Organizations and Control Tower.
• Automate provisioning, configuration and governance via IaC.
• Define security, observability, reliability and FinOps standards.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Build self-service tools for engineering teams.
• Define IAM strategies across AWS environments.
• Collaborate with architecture, security and networking teams.
• Improve platform reliability with monitoring and logging.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
