EPAM Systems in Madrid is seeking a forward-thinking Automation Testing Platform Engineer to own the global automation testing platform and drive testing-as-code with strong CI/CD integrations. The role is hybrid, based in Madrid's city center, and involves collaborating with application teams to accelerate delivery for private banking tech.

Formación

• Proven background in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and engineering tools.
• Knowledge of k6, Playwright or Selenium.
• Background as a full-stack software or platform engineer (Java/TypeScript).
• Experience integrating testing solutions with CI/CD, especially GitLab.
• Strong ability to generate test reports to Jira or similar systems.
• Good communication, planning and teamwork capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global automation testing platform as part of a product team.
• Manage platform lifecycle from design through production.
• Collaborate with application teams to collect feedback and improve the product.
• Drive testing-as-code adoption with API-first platform and CI/CD integrations.
• Provide self-service test data generation to application teams.
• Integrate testing solutions with CI/CD platforms (GitLab).
• Issue test reports into Jira and similar ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot platform and testing issues; support testing initiatives.
