Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Specialist, Assurance and Audit Coordination to drive day-to-day coordination of complex audits, examinations, and remediation tracking across Information Security, ICT risk, TPRM, and operational resilience. You will manage evidence collection end-to-end, ensuring traceability and audit-readiness for leadership decisions.

You will support domain owners, execute controlled intake processes, and ensure timely, accurate information is available for critical risk

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in audit coordination, technology risk, information security GRC, regulatory compliance, control assurance, or structured programme management.

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Evidence Workflow Management: Operate the daily intake process for new engagements and evidence requests; coordinate with domain/ control owners to collect, organize, and quality-check evidence.
• Audit Portfolio Administration: Maintain the centralized audit calendar, engagement register, and findings inventory; track scope, owners, requests, dependencies, and status across assurance activities.
• Documentation & Auditor-Facing Preparation: Prepare evidence packs, response trackers, meeting agendas, action logs, and status reports; ensure submissions to auditors/regulators are accurate and approved.
• Remediation Tracking & Control Integration: Track remediation plans and closure evidence; coordinate reuse of evidence with control-testing teams and escalate delivery risks.
• Process Optimization & Tooling: Administer the audit workflow in GRC/ticketing tools; seek opportunities to automate and reduce rework.
