Broadway Malyan Madrid is seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 10 years’ experience to lead large-scale projects across Concept, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Site Supervision phases. You will coordinate internal and external teams and manage the client relationship while delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Fluency in Spanish and English, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite are essential; experience in Retail and

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Combination of creative abilities and technical knowledge
• Retail, shopping centres and Mixed-use experience will be valuable
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
• Residence in Madrid
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite required
• Graphical, hand-drawing and presentation skills
