UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior Android Engineer to join a multidisciplinary Mobile Engineering Team in Spain. You will design and develop high-quality Android apps, mentor others, and influence technical decisions while collaborating with product owners, designers, and engineers.

Required: 5+ years of Android experience, Kotlin/Java, strong English, and familiarity with AWS. The role supports a self-organized Agile environment with opportunities for growth and flexible work arrangements.

Formación

• 5+ years of Android development experience.
• Strong Kotlin and/or Java programming skills.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams.
• High English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop high-quality Android applications as part of a self-organized Agile team
• Own and deliver significant components, features, or services within mobile applications
• Collaborate with Product Management and leadership to achieve strategic goals
• Contribute to innovation within the team and broader technical domain
• Ensure best practices in code quality using Pair Programming, TDD, and BDD
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the team
• Strong programming skills in Kotlin and/or Java
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with AWS services
