Bonapolia is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to migrate and enhance data delivery on a core data warehouse platform. You will specialize in SQL, Python, and data modeling to build robust data marts and ensure data quality across attribution flows.

You will lead dbt model migrations, manage Airflow DAGs, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable data solutions. This is a full-time role with EU-centric requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Analytics Eng, DWH Eng, or Data Analysis.
• Advanced SQL and Python for ETL and data processing.
• Experience with DWH, ODS, data marts, and incremental loads.
• BigQuery or similar columnar DBs and data mart design.
• Proficient with dbt and orchestration tools like Airflow.

Responsabilités

• Clarify requirements and implement attribution logic and data marts.
• Lead migration of dbt models, Airflow DAGs, and sources to the core DWH platform.
• Build and optimise incremental BigQuery data marts with backfills.
• Implement data quality checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyse external inputs and ensure reliable data delivery.
• Participate in testing, validation, releases, and technical documentation.

Hard Skills / Must Have

• 3+ years of Analytics Engineering, DWH Engineering, or Data Analysis experience
• Expert SQL and good Python knowledge for ETL and data processing
• DWH architecture, ODS, data marts, incremental loads, history handling, and deduplication
• BigQuery or similar columnar databases; data mart design and optimisation
• dbt for large incremental projects and Airflow or similar orchestration tools
• Pipeline migration, data parity validation, Git, Data Quality, and Data Governance
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into data requirements

Hard Skills / Nice to Have

• Mobile or marketing attribution data, ad network cost data, SKAN/ATT, and ad fraud data
• Google Cloud Platform, Cloud Storage, and Dataform
• Lightdash, Looker, or Tableau
