BizAway is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to contribute to our Data & Analytics team. You will own data models, metrics, and the semantic layer, delivering robust data products and reusable models that empower stakeholders across Finance, Product, Sales and Operations.

You will define KPIs, ensure consistent data definitions, and evolve self-service analytics tools to answer recurring questions. Join a fast-growing, international tech company with a strong equity offering.

Formación

• Experience in data analysis, presentation and visualization.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in high ambiguity.
• Advanced SQL and Python and strong data modeling fundamentals.
• Experience defining and maintaining shared metric definitions.
• Experience with Product Analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, GA.
• Experience with BI data visualization tools (Qlik preferred).
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in a Tech company.
• English proficiency (written and spoken, B2).

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Data Analyst (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Data & Analytics Team.

Your role in BizAway

• You tackle complex business problems end to end, translating ambiguous questions into analysis, and analysis into recommendations the business can act on.
• You deliver data products rather than one-off reports, reusable models and tools that keep delivering value over time.
• You own our semantic layer, the metric definitions, business logic and data models that make sure there is one trusted answer to any business question, for people and for AI.
• You own the implementation and evolution of our self-service analytics tools, so internal stakeholders can answer their own recurring questions.
• You learn all aspects of the travel industry covering Finance, Product, Sales and Operations perspective, and engage with Business stakeholders to define KPIs, including how data is captured, shared and leveraged across departments.

Your basic qualifications

• Data analysis, presentation, and visualization experience
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously with high ambiguity, alone or in a team as required
• Advanced SQL, Python and strong data modeling fundamentals
• Experience defining and maintaining shared metric definitions across an organisation
• Demonstrated experience with Product Analytics tools (eg: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Google Analytics)
• Demonstrated experience with BI Data Visualization tools (Qlik preferred)
• Master degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field is preferred
• Previously worked in a Tech Company
• English proficiency (written and spoken level B2)

We are also interested in

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts
• Experience making data available to LLMs or AI agents
• Previous experience in the travel industry or similar sectors
