Sompo International seeks a Senior Analyst for Delegated Authority (DA) Processing to strengthen the DA Processing area in Continental Europe. The role focuses on data mapping, bordereaux processing, and ensuring financial controls across MGA/TPA partnerships.

The position will be based in Barcelona or Madrid, offering a collaborative environment and long-term career development. English required with an additional CE language; 2+ years in a similar role is expected.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role with bordereaux processing.
• Knowledge of 3rd Party Bordereaux Data Management (Bindercloud) is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong data accuracy and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely uploads to Bordereaux Management system and investigate data discrepancies.
• Review data quality reports and ensure bordereaux accuracy; resolve mapping errors.
• Coordinate with UW Operations to track premium/cash bordereaux and contact brokers for overdue bordereaux.
• Assist in ensuring service providers meet the Bordereaux Mapping standard.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on bordereaux data queries and mappings.
• Assist in premium allocation and portfolio reporting on bordereaux status.
• Support regulatory and JSox audit processes and controls.
