Job summary

Luzern eCommerce is seeking a Senior eCommerce Content Strategist to own content strategy and execution across Amazon and beyond for enterprise brand clients. You’ll lead audits, define messaging, and guide content from strategy to delivery with the delivery pod.

You’ll collaborate with Designers and an SEO Executive, run content tests, and present recommendations to clients, while ensuring outputs align with Brand and platform requirements across marketplaces and D2C channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Amazon content strategy and execution.
• Ability to run content audits and score quality.
• Proven copywriting and editing with brand & platform compliance.
• Strong client-facing communication and proposals.
• Experience briefing designers for static and video assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy for Amazon listings, A+/Brand Store, and related content.
• Extend strategy to other platforms and D2C storefronts.
• Develop messaging hierarchy and content requirements.
• Create wireframes and mock-ups with designers.
• Coordinate client communication, estimates, and feedback.
• Review outputs to ensure strategy alignment before client delivery.
