Job summary

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of distributed AI training experience.
• Experience with HPC and multi-node GPU clusters.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic technical relationships with leading EMEA AI model builders.
• Define software stack and infrastructure for large-scale training and post-training workflows.
• Guide customers on distributed training strategies and DL frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to present customer needs and feedback.
• Support developer communities through demos, hackathons, and technical conferences.
