Job summary

Hero Gaming Ltd is seeking a Senior AI Test Automation Engineer to build an AI-powered testing platform in Marbella. You will design and own scalable AI-driven tests, explore AI agents, and automate validation of critical iGaming functionalities including registrations, KYC, deposits and wallet transactions.

The role emphasizes hands-on software engineering, integration with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with developers and product teams to uncover defects earlier and accelerate releases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
• Experience with iGaming player journeys (registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay, wallet transactions).
• Strong software engineering background with excellent programming skills (TypeScript/JavaScript/Python).
• Practical experience using LLMs and AI-assisted development tools.
• Hands-on experience with browser automation technologies such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Experience with APIs, integration testing, end-to-end testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication in English and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and own an AI-powered testing framework for a scalable platform.
• Build AI agents capable of exploring applications, generating tests and analyzing results.
• Implement automated test generation and maintenance based on requirements and changes.
• Ensure automated testing across APIs, web interfaces and player journeys.
• Integrate AI-driven exploration with deterministic assertions for reproducible results.
• Drive automation for iGaming functionalities (registration, KYC, deposits, gameplay, wallet).
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define meaningful test coverage.
