Ryanair Labs is hiring a senior Information Security Architect in Madrid to own the security architecture for our AI systems and lead strategic security initiatives across on‑prem and multicloud (AWS, GCP, Azure). You’ll build automation, policy-as-code and proofs of concept, not just documents.

You will map and optimize security work across detection, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, and compliance while measuring impact and leading modernization of our security stack in a

Qualifications

• Six years in security with three in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Autonomy to identify, build and ship automation initiatives with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of LLM apps, RAG, agents and MCP integrations and their attack surface.
• Multicloud architecture across AWS, GCP and Azure with identity and logging controls.

Responsabilités

• Automate the security team with agentic workflows, integrations and policy-as-code.
• Own AI security architecture, governance and vendor risk across on‑prem and multicloud.
• Design patterns with trade‑offs for data boundaries, least privilege and human-in-the-loop decisions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive a secure SDLC and measurable improvements.
