Job summary

Ryanair Labs in Madrid is seeking a senior Information Security Architect to lead the security architecture for AI systems, on-prem and multicloud across AWS, GCP and Azure. You will work autonomously, identify repeatable work, automate it, and measure impact.

You will build automation, policy-as-code, and proofs of concept, while guiding strategic security initiatives and ensuring strong governance with LLM apps and RAG pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in security, including 3+ in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Autonomy demonstrated by automating and shipping initiatives with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of LLM apps, RAG, agentics, and their attack surface (OWASP Top 10 for LLM apps).
• Multicloud architecture across AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Identity and zero-trust architecture experience.
• Threat modelling and secure SDLC practices.
• Hands-on skills: Python, APIs, IaC; working with LLM assistants and agentic coding tools.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Clear communication with executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Automate security team workflows and build agentic tooling.
• Design security patterns for AI systems, including governance and policy-as-code.
• Lead security initiatives across on-prem and multicloud environments.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship secure solutions and validate output.
