Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a genuinely senior product designer to join a small, fast-moving team building a large-scale, mobile-first consumer product at the frontier of AI. This is an 18+ mature product, so design for adult audiences as needed.

You will own end-to-end design from concept to shipped experience, collaborating with the Design Lead, Product Managers and founders. This role is fully remote and initially contractor-based with potential transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience.
• 1
• Shipped mobile-first products at scale.
• Proven experience with AI tools for design and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio from real consumer products.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a fully remote team.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design across chat experiences, monetisation and growth flows.
• Design live and interactive features, including AI video experiences.
• Take ideas from concept to shipped product.
• Translate strategy into high-quality visual and interaction design.
• Create mobile-first experiences for a large-scale consumer product.
• Build polished interfaces, interactions and prototypes.
• Own the full design process from discovery to iteration.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead, PMs and founders.
• Operate autonomously and own product surfaces.
• Contribute to a culture of frequent interaction-model innovation.
