All European Careers is seeking a Senior AI & NLP Engineer to develop and maintain software in NLP, ML and AI, with relocation to Brussels. You will lead model training, feature selection and system design for scalable NLP pipelines.

Applicants should have 9+ years in IT, deep expertise in Python and NLP libraries, and experience with ML algorithms. Candidates must be fluent in English and willing to relocate; European candidates are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• 9+ years of IT experience and strong background in AI/ML/NLP.
• Fluent in English and willingness to relocate to Brussels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain software applications in NLP/ML/AI.
• Train custom ML/deep learning models on structured and unstructured data.
• Design data architecture and governance for ML/AI projects.
• Improve MT and NLP pipelines and data quality.
• Collaborate with data stewards, IT teams and stakeholders.
