Provectus is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to contribute to real delivery work in RAG systems, collaborating with senior engineers and leadership to push forward production AI capabilities. The role involves building backend services, data pipelines, and AI components, with exposure to Claude and AWS Bedrock ecosystems.

Formación

• 2+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including exposure to production systems.
• Hands-on experience building or contributing to RAG systems, ideally in production or near-production settings.
• Solid engineering fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS) and readiness to grow into Bedrock/Bedrock AgentCore.
• Experience with containers and CI/CD in real projects.
• Exposure to evaluating non-deterministic systems and test/eval cycles.
• Knowledge of model/agent monitoring concepts.
• Familiarity with Claude ecosystem and related tools (Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files) is a plus.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI) in real projects.
• 2+ years in software or ML engineering, including some production exposure.
• Strong AI/ML foundations and understanding of model behavior and failure modes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and contribute to RAG system components under senior guidance, with growing autonomy.
• Write tests and help build evaluation harnesses for features.
• Write production code across the AI stack, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Help integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Support deployment of systems to AWS (containers, CI/CD) and grow independence.
• Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and client handover materials.
• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions, with increasing ownership.
• Support model evaluation efforts and investigate failure modes.
• Take on increasing ownership of components and technical decisions as you grow.
