Groupon seeks a Senior Motion & AI Video Designer to elevate our video output across paid and owned channels. You will blend generative AI with traditional motion craft to deliver high-quality assets at scale, while upholding Groupon's visual identity.

Based in Madrid or able to work from there, you will own concepts from brief to delivery, champion AI tools, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing and fellow designers to push creative boundaries.

Formación

• 5+ years in motion design/video creative, preferably in e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
• Proven ability to translate briefs into branded motion assets using AI tools and traditional craft.
• Portfolio/reel required; candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI-first video production from concept to final assets across formats and channels.
• Build and refine AI-driven workflows while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and design teams to elevate Groupon's storytelling.
• Deliver performance-driven creative with strong hooks and optimized formats.
