Kiwi.com is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer within the Customer & Marketing Engineering team. You will design, deploy, and optimize AI-driven systems that personalize travel discovery and automate campaigns, leveraging Google Cloud Platform services and state-of-the-art retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques.

Formación

• Significant hands-on experience architecting and maintaining production AI/ML systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in GCP, especially BigQuery and Vertex AI, with vector DB usage.
• Strong data modeling skills for large customer datasets and event schemas.
• Advanced Python and ML framework experience, including LLMs and RAG.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML systems powering customer platforms.
• Own vector DB strategy supporting high-scale similarity search.
• Define data models in BigQuery for customer behaviors and campaigns.
• Build embedding pipelines for CRM, CDP, and marketing tools.
• Launch AI services on GCP using Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE, Dataflow, Pub/Sub.
• Collaborate with product/marketing to turn opportunities into AI products.
• Set standards for AI production reliability and code reviews.
