Job summary

Amazon’s SCOT organization in Europe seeks a Senior Manager of Software Development, SCOT Fulfillment Optimization, Planning to lead a diverse, world‑class team across sites in Europe, including Barcelona. This role drives robust software development and optimization initiatives that scale with demand.

You will partner with product and program management to design and deliver consumer software, applying Agile methods to improve deployment, maintenance and performance across the fulfillment

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering leadership and delivering scalable software.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, multi-site teams.
• Experience delivering consumer software in an Agile context.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, managing and developing a geographically and technically diverse group.
