Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Architect to define and build AI agent-based solutions for projects and clients across Spain. You will lead the AI line within the company, guiding architecture from prototype to production and collaborating with engineering and project teams to apply AI to telecom domains.

Responsibilities include shaping use cases, end-to-end architectures, agent models, safe execution, building with LLMs and AI agents, RAG knowledge systems, real-time data

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, ML or AI engineering.
• Recent production work with LLMs, RAG or AI agents.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar and vector databases.
• Strong knowledge of ML and deploying AI/ML systems.
• Proficient Python coding and cloud-native architectures.

Anywhere within Spain, Spain

We are looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Architect to define and build AI agent-based solutions for our projects and our clients. You will spend most of your time designing and guiding, and the rest building: you will define the architecture and also help the team to build it, from the first prototype to production.

You will lead our AI line within the company. You will work side by side with our engineering and project teams, who bring deep knowledge of the telecom domain, and together you will decide how to apply AI to our sector and our projects. You will also help our sales and project teams to shape offers, take part in client conversations and explain your technical decisions in a clear way. Telecom experience is not required: you will learn the domain with a team that knows it very well.

What You'll Work On

• Define how we apply AI to the telecom sector: assess and prioritize use cases and support proposals and RFPs
  


• Design end-to-end architectures, from data ingestion to automated actions
  


• Define agent responsibilities, boundaries, autonomy levels and interaction models (single vs. multi-agent)
  


• Design safe execution mechanisms: guardrails, approvals, policy enforcement and rollback
  


• Build and implement solutions based on LLMs and AI agents, from architecture to working code
  


• Build RAG-based knowledge systems using internal documentation, procedures and operational data
  


• Work with streaming and real-time data pipelines at high volumes
  


• Set up how we evaluate, monitor and improve AI solutions in production
  


• Take part in client meetings and technical workshops
  


• Share knowledge and good practices with the team while working on the same projects
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, ML or AI engineering, including experience as a technical reference or architect in projects
  


• Recent experience (last 1-2 years) taking to production solutions with LLMs, RAG or AI agents
  


• Practical experience with at least one agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph or similar), tool/function calling and vector databases
  


• Strong knowledge of machine learning and solid experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems
  


• Experience working with large data volumes, ideally in streaming or real-time environments
  


• Good coding skills (Python) and familiarity with cloud-native architectures and AI/ML platforms
  


• Strong communication skills: comfortable talking to clients, presenting ideas and explaining technical topics to non-technical people
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting, pre-sales or RFPs
  


• Experience in sectors with large data volumes and high regulation (banking, insurance, energy...)
  


• Knowledge of LLMOps / MLOps practices
  


• Experience with AIOps platforms
  


• Knowledge of the telecom world (OSS, 5G, O-RAN...)
