Job summary

TraceLink is seeking a Senior SC Business Process Architect to serve as a trusted advisor on Agentic Supply Chain solutions. You will lead discovery, map end-to-end processes, and design Agentic Operating Models aligned with TraceLink's OPUS Platform and related products.

You will own demonstrations, run workshops, and coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services to deliver measurable outcomes and support RFP/RFI responses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role combining technical presales and strategic consulting.
• Experience within Enterprise SaaS, life sciences, or supply chain environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organization levels.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting architecture and solving complex use cases.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of TraceLink's Agentic solutions with customers from discovery to value realization.
• Lead structured discovery, map customer processes, and translate findings into future-state roadmaps.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and tailored solution presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services to support deals and value propositions.
• Provide high-quality inputs for RFPs/RFIs and ensure technical credibility in opportunities.
