AgileEngine is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agentic workflows and AI-powered applications for enterprise software. You will craft patterns for orchestration, memory, and multi-agent collaboration, using agentic tools across the full lifecycle from planning to documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product development.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot and relational databases.
• Hands-on with AI agents, tool-using LLM apps, or orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, vector search, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Proficient in TypeScript, Python, RESTful APIs and AWS.
• Ability to design production-grade agentic systems with strong security and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and memory management.
• Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing, and review.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, support and operations.
• Set standards for agent evaluation, observability, reliability, security and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and turn experiments into production systems.
• Deliver complete products, not just demos, and improve engineering productivity.
• Mentor engineers and shape a company-wide agentic-first strategy.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to connect capabilities to outcomes.
