IQVIA is seeking an experienced statistical programmer leader to develop programming solutions for complex studies. You will coordinate multiple databases, validate processes, and drive ADaM/CDISC standards in collaboration with clients.

Responsibilities include designing and documenting analysis workflows, mentoring staff, and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of statistical outputs across studies.

Formación

• Master's degree in computer science or related field is required.
• Knowledge of statistics, programming and drug development processes.
• Advanced SAS tools experience (Base SAS, SAS Graph, SAS Macro).
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop process methodology for programming needs for complex studies.
• Plan and coordinate integrated programming solutions for internal and external clients.
• Provide advanced technical leadership and internal consulting.
• Develop and validate new programming processes and macros.
• Lead statstical teams on complex studies and manage scope and budgets.
• Mentor and guide junior staff on technical tasks.
