IQVIA is seeking an experienced statistical programming expert to lead the development of process methodologies for complex studies and coordinate integrated programming solutions for internal and external clients.

You will provide technical leadership, define specifications, and oversee the programming of analyses, datasets, and validation activities across multi-study projects, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with clients.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, programming and clinical drug development processes.
• Advanced SAS skills (Base SAS, SAS Graph, SAS Macro Language).
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with high accuracy.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate programming for complex studies, including development of statistical programs.
• Program and plan integration of databases from multiple studies.
• Develop programming documentation including plans and specifications.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to clients and teams on complex studies.
• Develop, implement and validate new process technologies, macros and applications.
• Fulfill project responsibilities at the level of statistical team lead for single complex studies or group of studies.
• Estimate work, manage budgets and resource forecasts for studies.
• Provide training and guidance to lower level staff.
