Impress, a leading ortho clinic network, is seeking a Senior Account Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team. You will manage supplier invoices in Odoo, keep the AP ledger reconciled, and support month-end close in a fast‑moving international environment.

You have 4+ years in accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English. Experience with Oracle/SAP or Odoo is a plus; right to work in Spain is required.

Senior Account Payable Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Account Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team. If you are looking for a dynamic, international and diverse team as well as opportunities to grow, you are in the right place.

Your Responsibilities

• Enter supplier invoices accurately on our system (currently Odoo) as required
• Ensure the AP ledger in maintained and reconciled accurately
• Send invoices to manager or department head for approval
• Assist with month-end close and annual audit
• Cost center accounting. Accounting records
• Other ad hoc tasks

What we expect from you

• At least 4 years in accounts payable or similar.
• Demonstrable competence in accounting and business management software, Odoo or similar (Oracle, Sap, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Full Professional Proficiency in English.
• Right to work in Spain.
