Talent-R in Barcelona seeks a strategic Security Program Director to lead the organization's global cybersecurity program, translating security into business value for executives.

You will define governance, drive risk management, and oversee GDPR, ISO 27001, and other regulations while partnering with C-level leaders to scale security across cloud and on-prem environments.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity & Information Security.
• 7+ years leading global security programs.
• Strong expertise in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, COBIT).
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management & Zero Trust.

What you’ll do

• Lead the company's global security program
• Define and execute cybersecurity strategy & governance
• Oversee compliance with international regulations (GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Manage security risks, incidents, audits, and executive reporting
• Partner with C-level stakeholders to translate security into business value

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity & Information Security
• 7+ years leading global security programs
• Strong expertise in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, COBIT)
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management & Zero Trust
• Experience with Azure & AWS Cloud environments
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
