Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Security Platform & Integration Engineer to build and operate scalable security platforms, delivering integrations across CERT and Threat Intelligence ecosystems. The role involves hands-on work with OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD, APIs, SOAR, and cloud-native tooling to streamline cyber response workflows.

You will work closely with CERT Analysts, Threat Intelligence Specialists, and Security Architects to implement automated playbooks and secure, well-documented integrations

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Red Hat OpenShift for deployment, admin, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and container orchestration.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Experience developing SOAR automations/playbooks.
• Troubleshooting across containers, pipelines, APIs, and integrations.
• Scripting in Python and Bash.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, run, and administer containerized workloads on OpenShift and Docker.
• Build, optimize, and secure container images and registries.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
• Ensure platform scalability, resilience, observability, and security.
• Implement deployment strategies: blue/green, canary, rolling updates.
• Build and maintain SOAR playbooks and automated workflows.
• Integrate SOAR with internal & external tools (APIs, SIEM, ticketing, TI platforms).
• Own architectural diagrams, integration specs, and technical documentation.
• Lead technical integration and platform improvement projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders, requirements, risks, and timelines.
• Deliver high-quality solutions with clear communication and strong ownership.
