WebBeds is seeking a Product Delivery Manager – Security and Platform Engineering to own the security and platform engineering agenda from end to end. You will define the product strategy, manage the roadmap, and prioritise business value for security initiatives while guiding governance, planning, and execution.

This hybrid role blends product thinking with delivery leadership, requiring technical grounding to discuss trade-offs with engineers and to drive complex work on time and within scope.

Formación

• At least 3–5 years combining product ownership and delivery or project management in security or platform domains.
• Experience blending product management with project/program management in engineering environments.
• Strong roadmap planning and prioritisation balancing value and technical constraints.
• Practical delivery support in engineering-heavy settings.
• Knowledge of security concepts and platform engineering practices; able to discuss vulnerabilities and cloud architecture.
• Familiar with security tooling vendors and market positioning.
• Excellent business analysis skills; able to elicit requirements from engineers and business stakeholders.

In this role you will :

As a Product Delivery Manager – Security and Platform Engineering, you will own the security and platform engineering agenda from end to end, sitting at the intersection of product management and delivery. You will define the product strategy, manage the roadmap, and prioritise business value for security initiatives, while driving the governance, planning, and execution discipline needed to deliver complex platform engineering work on time and within scope.

This is a hybrid role that blends product thinking, deciding what to build, why it matters, and what the business case is, with delivery leadership, sequencing work, removing blockers, managing risk, and reporting to executives. Because the scope sits within Platform Engineering with a security focus, you will bring enough technical grounding to hold credible conversations with engineers and challenge technical trade-offs, not simply track dates.

In this role you will:

Key responsibilities

• Product strategy and roadmap: Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for security and platform engineering initiatives, prioritising based on business value and risk.
• Technical partnership: Partner with the Platform Engineering and Cybersecurity teams to understand the technical landscape and translate it into a roadmap that is realistic and defensible to stakeholders.
• End-to-end delivery: Drive delivery of initiatives through structured planning, governance, and execution oversight, applying Agile delivery practices where they fit.
• Risk and dependency management: Manage risks and dependencies across security and platform engineering workstreams, escalating early with clear mitigation options.
• Stakeholder management: Act as the primary point of contact across Technology, Security, and business teams, translating technical detail into business impact and vice versa.
• Resource and vendor management: Support resource planning across initiatives in scope and manage third-party and vendor relationships involving security tooling or services.
• Executive reporting: Produce executive-level reporting on roadmap progress, risks, and delivery status for senior stakeholders.
• Business analysis: Elicit and document requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders when needed.
• Team development: Mentor and support delivery colleagues, sharing best practice across product and project management disciplines.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a role combining product ownership and delivery or project management, ideally with exposure to security or platform and infrastructure domains.
• Proven experience blending product management and project or programme management, ideally having operated in both capacities.
• Strong roadmap planning and prioritisation skills, with a track record of balancing business value against technical constraints.
• Practical experience supporting delivery in engineering-heavy environments.
• Working technical knowledge of security concepts and platform engineering practices, with the ability to hold your own in technical conversations about vulnerabilities, threat landscape, cloud infrastructure, or platform architecture.
• Familiarity with the security technology market, including tooling, vendors, and positioning.
• Solid business analysis skills, comfortable eliciting requirements from both engineering and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing risk and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Resource planning experience and comfort managing third-party and vendor relationships.
• Strong executive reporting and stakeholder management skills, able to communicate confidently with senior leadership.
• Fluent English required.
• Relevant certifications are a plus, including Product Management, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or SAFe, or security certifications such as CISSP or CGEIT.
