Zusammenfassung

Allianz Services is building the Allianz Security Operations Center (ASOC) to provide continuous, follow-the-sun security operations for Allianz Group. The ASOC Operational Officer supports incident intake, triage, escalation, and reporting across geographies and functions, in collaboration with the ASOC Intelligence Team.

We seek a professional with 2–5 years in physical security operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work on-call in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security/operational security environments.
• 2–5 years in physical security operations, incident response, or 24/7 security centers; financial sector experience is a plus.
• Ability to document actions clearly and maintain operational logs.
• Experience with incident triage, escalation, and stakeholder notifications.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language skills are a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor security alerts, incidents, and requests; support intake, triage, escalation.
• Perform initial response actions for physical security incidents and coordinate with local teams.
• Collaborate with ASOC teams across hubs to meet performance goals.
• Operate and monitor ASOC systems including travel security and mass notification tools.
• Maintain accurate incident records and produce governance-ready reports.
