Job summary

Kudelski Security, a division of Kudelski Group, is seeking a Security Engineer to support onboarding and deployment of security services for clients. You will work in our Managed Detection and Response team, deploying security products, tuning baselines, and coordinating with PMO, DevOps, and SOC teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Fluent English, strong client-facing experience, and a solid foundation in EDR/NGAV, SIEM, and cloud security are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and client-facing roles.
• Good knowledge of information security trends.
• Certified security qualifications are a plus (CISSP/CISM/CCSP/ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Design technical strategies and implement security products at client premises.
• Understand, deploy and tune security baselines based on client environment.
• Build up and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services portfolio.
• Manage delivery to new and existing customers and transition to the operations team.

Your Mission

As part of our Managed Detection and Response department, your mission will be to provide the best possible onboarding and integration services to our clients. You will actively participate in the onboarding activities of new customers and the deployment of new services to existing customers, including presales activities for our products and services, thus helping to make our customers life more secure.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities will be to:

• Design technical strategies and then implement and deploy security products at Client premises
• Understand, deploy and tune security baseline based on client environment
• Build up and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services portfolio
• Manage delivery to new and existing customers and then hand over the management of the client to the operation team

This role involves:

• Understanding the customer’s security infrastructure and providing guidance accordingly.
• Frequent contacts with customers in both technical and managerial areas.
• Internal transversal interactions with various groups (PMO, DevOps, SOC Analysts…).

Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security to provide customers with the best experience through their journey into our Managed Detection and Response service and ultimately make our customer’s lives more secure.

Requirements / Profile

You are:

• A team-player willing to iterate on our internal processes to improve the team’s efficiency
• At ease with solving complex problems
• Dynamic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Autonomous, self-taught and transparent
• Able to handle and prioritize parallel tasks with multiple interfaces
• Fluent in English

You have:

• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft or other vendors EDR/NGAV, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning.
• Experience with Cloud platform (Azure, AWS) with a focus on security and logging.
• Proven experience in a consulting and client facing role
• Proven experience working as security specialist (preferably in security integration companies)
• An in-depth understanding of the information security industry forces and trends

These would be a plus:

• CISSP/CISM/CCSP/ITIL and other general security certifications
• Technical certifications on vendors’ product
• Spanish, any other languages are an asset
• Excellent knowledge of the security product portfolio
• An engineering degree in technology / computer science or equivalent
