Amaris Consulting is seeking an Encryption Platform Engineer to join an international team working on Thales CipherTrust CTM and Luna HSM deployments. You will contribute to BAU operations and strategic encryption initiatives, ensuring high performance, security, and compliance across complex enterprise environments.

The role requires 4+ years in security/infra, strong OS knowledge, ITIL familiarity, and hands-on encryption experience.

• Solid IT background and understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems.
• 4+ years of experience in systems, security, infrastructure, or DBA.
• Hands-on experience with Databases/DBA (administration, performance, security).
• Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management).
• Experience with encryption platforms (KMS, HSM or similar).
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose remediation plans.
• Monitoring, performance, and resilience of critical platforms.
• Strong communication to interact with owners and stakeholders.
• Professional English proficiency; other European languages are a plus.
• Experience with Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Encryption Program including BAU operations and program-level work.
• Define, study, and deploy new use cases and features on the Encryption CTM platform.
• Drive migration of encryption use cases between platforms.
• Manage new encryption use cases and integrations with PAM, SIEM, patching tools, and CMDB.
• Monitor platform performance, resilience, and SLA adherence.
• Participate in technical sessions to plan execution and troubleshoot issues.

• Solid IT background and understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant technical domain (systems, security, infrastructure, or DBA)
• Hands-on experience with Databases / DBA (administration, performance, security)
• Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (OS) (Linux and/or Windows server environments)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management)
• Experience working with security solutions or encryption platforms (KMS, HSM, or similar)
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify risks, and propose remediation/mitigation plans
• Experience in monitoring, performance, and resilience of critical platforms
• Strong communication skills to interact with application owners and technical stakeholders
• Professional proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus
• Contribute to both BAU operations and program-level support within an enterprise Encryption Program based on Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM
• Support the definition, study, and deployment of new use cases and features on the Encryption CTM platform (e.g. DKE, Confidential Computing)
• Drive the migration of encryption use cases (agent-based or agentless) between different platforms
• Manage new use cases and integrations with products/tools such as Privileged Account Management, SIEM, Patching tools, Virtual Hosts Console, etc.
• Participate in technical sessions to define execution plans and troubleshoot complex issues
• Identify potential blocking points, incompatibilities, or risks and propose remediation/mitigation solutions
• Onboard new encryption applications in line with Encryption service constraints and standards
• Ensure the platform runs with the expected performance, resilience, quality, and SLA
• Recertify offered encryption use cases and maintain their compliance
• Monitor the Encryption platform regularly and remediate issues, incidents, or problems
• Manage and prioritize new requests from application owners to onboard encryption use cases
• Operate daily using standard tools: SILA, Change Management tools, Incident & Request management tools, CMDB, CTM reports, etc.
• Ensure all activities are aligned with Security policies and practices, including handling security feedback and remediation actions (e.g. during Pentest campaigns)
