Job summary

Sek Education Group is seeking energetic recruiters to join our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on recruiting doctors and engaging them in market research studies, using calls and emails to maximize participation.

The ideal candidate will be a French native speaker with good English, sharp attention to detail, and strong communication and organizational skills. Multinational experience is a plus and occasional translations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages may be required.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.

• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
