Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in education.
• Advanced English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize materials for classes.
• Fulfill objectives outlined in general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
• Maintain the grade book and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Attend meetings with teachers, coordinators, and assistants.
• Promote open communication with students and parents.
