Inspired Education Group, a leading British international school in Madrid, is seeking an outstanding Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join its academic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for the secondary age range, deliver the British curriculum to a high standard, assess progress, and differentiate to meet diverse abilities within an international community. Safeguarding and professionalism are integral to the role.

Formación

• Recognised teaching qualification appropriate for secondary education.
• Degree in Mathematics or closely related subject.
• Proven experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
• Experience with British or international curricula is desirable.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students.
• High expectations for attainment, behaviour and development.
• Experience with assessment, curriculum planning and differentiation.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and appropriately differentiated Mathematics lessons across the Secondary age range.
• Deliver the relevant British/international Mathematics curriculum to a high standard, ensuring strong progression in students' knowledge and skills.
• Set high expectations for academic achievement, behaviour, effort and personal development.
• Monitor, assess and track student progress, using assessment data effectively to inform planning and teaching.
• Provide appropriate challenge and support to meet the needs of students of different abilities and learning profiles.
• Prepare students effectively for relevant internal and external examinations and assessments.
